THE LEADERSHIP SERIES is broken into distinctive categories.  Academic leadership and corporate world leadership, while sharing many similarities, also have unique characteristics and demands.  These programs are specifically designed to address the unique perspectives and characteristics of the differing culture of leadership needs.  “Leading U” has been designed to address the needs of the Academic realm.  “The Leading Edge” with its focused series for Executive and Professional leaders, addresses the needs of corporations, governmental entities, non-profits and varied organizations.

Each of the programs are delivered in a 5 or 10-module format, the focus of each module having been identified as top traits of an effective leader respective of the identified core competencies of your organization.  The programs are designed so that each module builds the participant’s knowledge based upon the content of the previous module.  Our unique program utilizes “TOLA”, transfer of learning activities, to reinforce in the workplace the knowledge and skills acquired in the module.
