Business-savvy organizations have a method in place to identify and groom individuals suited to assume leadership roles within the organization.  Many of those tapped to provide leadership at the professional level, while adept at the skills that allowed for their promotion, are not particularly adept at the knowledge, skills and abilities of providing managerial leadership.  The Professional Series focuses on aligning the vision, mission and goals of the organization to the individuals who will be charged with their facilitation at the professional level.
