Format:
The Professional Series is designed in a 5 to 10 module format, each module component having been identified as one of the top ten leadership variables. This format has been determined to be the most effective in the transfer of knowledge activities (TOLA) and integration into the workplace resulting in increased productivity in the shortest time span.
Program Modules
1st Module: INSIGHTS Discovery into Personal & Professional Effectiveness
A Jungian-based personality assessment, INSIGHTS Discovery forms the cornerstone of the Professional Series program. Participants will complete an on-line assessment from which a personality profile is compiled. This profile enables the individual to better understand themselves which allows deeper understanding of others’ behaviors. In better understanding these two concepts, more effective interaction with others is encouraged.
2nd Module: Emotional Intelligence – Competencies for Transforming Leader’s Styles

The Emotional Intelligence Core Competencies will identify behaviors necessary to provide insightful, dynamic leadership within the institution. An on-line assessment resulting in an emotional intelligence profile will be used to identify the participant’s EQi. Core competency behaviors can then be addressed to attain maximum individual leadership effectiveness.

This module will focus on the types of skills used in differing conflict situations and the most effective ways of dealing with conflict advantageously. We will identify the 5 styles of conflict resolution and what each participant’s preferred style of resolution is and how different styles can be most effectively used.
